Re-development of logistic parks in Russia, Hungary, Greece, Georgia and Romania.

  • in Moscow one of BKJ SOLUTIONS directors advised the local government and private parties on the development of a bi-modal (rail and road) terminal, a creative strategic plan and a business plan that resulted in a successful development of the terminal, which enabled customers to grow their business and productivity significantly, today the terminal is completely utilized and generating healthy profit

  • in Budapest one of BKJ SOLUTIONS directors advised the local government on the development of a tri-modal (rail/road/river) terminal on the river Danube. Today the terminal plays an important role in the distribution of food and non-food products for the Hungarian Capital

  • near Athens we’ve assisted in the development of a distribution terminal of 200 hectares near the Port of Piraeus. The project covered all aspects of physical distribution from warehouses, used by all major European Forwarders to container terminals for global Shipping Lines

  • in Batumi (Georgia) one of BKJ SOLUTIONS directors advised the local government in the restructuring and refinancing of a major part of the port into a modern medium size container terminal. The project’s main focus was to facilitate a change of shareholders, a complete long term business plan (covering a period of 10 years) and a creative investment plan for that same period

  • in Constanza (Romania) we’ve advised the local government in the restructuring and refinancing of the Ore Terminal. The project has been rolled out successfully; the Ore Terminal Operator has been able to increase productivity and, subsequently, profitability significantly.
