Bernard has many decades of experience in international trade and transport and port developments worldwide.
After having worked extensively as Chairman of Transforwarding, an international organization that developed logistics solutions and trade flows between Eastern and Western Europe, Bernard worked as an advisor for the Port of Rotterdam to specifically develop new train services into continental Europe. He further worked in the Middle-East, developing projects for the ports of Aqaba (Jordan) and Sokhna (Egypt). In addition to this, Bernard held key postings in the Advisory board of Rosneft and Lukoil (Russia) and is a member of international trade organizations in the USA, Germany and Holland.
